Dr. Sandy Ziya is a 4x IRONMAN,11x Marathoner,17x Triathaloner, mother of 4, functional medicine physician, triathlon Coach and Race Director and owner of Meridians and Marathons located in Fort Lauderdale Fl.

She truly walks the walk, frequenting local farms and supporting local businesses. She can also be seen on the beach daily where she herself runs, does yoga, and open water swims.

She prides herself on being a full service provider who can offer the full spectrum of services to her patients including provider and supplier referrals, mobile phlebotomy, drop ship testing, and affiliate discounts.

Dr. Ziya will work 1:1 with you to identify underlying causes and promote wellness in every aspect of living.

If surgery or drugs are in fact warranted she will guide you through the process of both preparation and recovery.
